Ah, thank you, I'm may be doing a Kirito cosplay if I get money at Christmas so I'm looking at prices and stuff. I'm not sure if I should buy the boots though, I'd imagine it won't be too difficult to make.

The boot's aren't that important in regards to the costume and you yourself could probably do something better than what they had. If you can make that silver section 3-D like Kirito has, so it looks like an actual metal reinforcement, the boots will look amazing.

Yeah, I mean I've found everything else (I'm only doing 1 sword instead of 2, I wouldn't be able to carry the 2nd one) so the shoes are a small detail, it all depends on the money I get for Christmas, I need to get a job but nowhere is hiring people like me near me. But comi-con isn't until may so it won't be in full swing until then but I'll keep you updated on **** I get together. This will be the first proper cosplay I do, if you exclude fancy dress parties, which I always have the best costume for because I have no shame.

Yesterday at my history class had the "History Salon". Everyone has to be a character from the Enlightenment, know them inside and out, and dress up as them for the period (Bonus points for all day). I came to school dressed full out as an 18th century king, from my stockings all the way to my lace cuffs and powdered wig. I was shamed by the school all day, but it was worth it.

Well the fancy party I went to recently, we had to go as something that has the same first letter as you, because my name starts with B, I had a few options, Beetlejuice, Banana, Majin Buu, Batman, but being the shameless twat I am, I went as Boo from Monsters Inc. Too many pictures from that night. No regrets.

Hmmm, it could fit either by the look of the placement. If I remember right, in SAO Kirito has a metal piece on the mid-upper part of his boot, while in ALO he has it right on top of his foot at the crook. I'll find pics in a min.

When Recon said he was going to help, I was really hoping that he'd be killed within 3 seconds like a scrub, then he blew himself up to clear a path, which was sealed up again 2 minutes later, so even when he's badass, he's worhtless.
