They have kidnapped and killed people in other countries. And also kidnapped people and brought them back to korea.

or so they say. i doubt they can divert whatever little funds they have on tracking someone halfway across the globe and then have a team of people go all the way over there to kidnap them just because some random internet nobody is talking shit about kim jung. not to mention if that actually turned out to be true, especially if they kidnap an american, all hell will break lose. north korea doesn't need that shit. they're just a dog who barks loud and that's about it. not much else they can do.

They didn't kidnap people, they simply found people and they suddenly realized how amazing North Korea is, and that it's the best place in the world.
