92-85 = B
84-78 = C
77 - 70 = D
69-0 = F

yea chinas seems all great because they have a billion peopel but in reality 99% are poor as fuck and can only have 1 child or else they would have to live on the streets, the average chinese citizen make 1000$ YEARLY their army seems mighty but in reality its not
