I agree, however, in today's society, white males do have it much easier. By that logic, we have a greater ability to help turn things around. We are equals as human beings, and sure, race is a social construct, but that doesn't make it any less real. As a white man, I am in a much greater position to do things on my part. The system is messed up, and that has a lot to do with the way society has been working in the last 300 years in America. There is a huge mess, but who's going to clean it up. We've been taught to clean up our own mess as kids, but somewhere along the way, that changed to we clean up ONLY our own mess.
As far as say, moving on and leaving the past in the past, that would be ideal, but you can't ask all of these people to forget the context of history. Like I said, it is our responsibility to clean up the mess of the past. Everyone has to do their part, but our part, as white men, is to acknowledge that, hey, things still kinda suck for everyone who wasn't born like us. And then we do our part and make some sort of an effort to fix things. How? Who knows. Maybe voting in legislation that helps even out the score and removes some sort of the corruption. All I know is, the younger generations seem to figure it out faster than the older generations. Hell, 50 years ago, what are the odds that we'd be having this conversation?

"As a white man, I am in a much greater position to do things on my part."
I agree with what you mean behind this statement, but this also relies on all white men being in positions of wealth and power. You and I personally (at least I'm assuming) aren't in positions of wealth and power that give us any tangible ability to make a change. What we CAN do is be human and, essentially, not be dicks. Now, if you want to get an education and climb your way into the political and/or corporate world and actively use your influence to make whatever changes you can, more power to you. That being said, the ideology you're currently portraying is putting an unrealistic expectation on all white men and saying that we all have the power to make more changes than anyone else, and that's simply untrue.

so how far back in history do we go? 20years? 200 years? 200 thousands? at what point do you say this is your fault current living human, but not anything before that?

"Much easier" Yep White Men are just doing so well, being 80% of suicides, majority of homeless, 90% of work deaths 90% of combat deaths. Most of this supposed "culture for whites" is paid in the blood of whites, yet if a single god damn different race experiences hardship it is always the whites fault, yet when a white person suffers its just life, becuase what? a taxes stops for white people? some unamed bank doesn't give some unnamed poc a loan? no one ever cites real fucking events, they just cry racist and everyone believes them.
There is more hardship than just race in fact im will to say to the race is a very small problem compared to Money in politics, and the police state in the United States.

True, the amount of race-based issues has dropped since before the 80s, but minorities still face problems that are thrown in their face. I mean, a lot of those statistics are subjective. But I mean, when you think about something like privilege, it doesn't account for what you have, but what you don't have. Like I said earlier, I won't be shot by a cop because I'm white. I won't be hit on by my boss because I'm a man, but my boss could take my opinion more seriously. I mean, really, that itself is a position of privilege. I'm not saying we need to feel guilty for being white (we couldn't help being born this way, but neither for the kids being born in Detroit).
And you're right, there is a lot of hardship aside from race, but issues get their turns. I mean, we are aware of the problems of too much money in politics, and the police state issues, but as the other guy said, those problems would be solved by overturning a whole system. So while we figure out how to do that, how about we all try to make shit better for everyone so that we can tackle those issues as a whole. Not as individuals trying to pin things on one another. Don't accept blame, but accept responsibility.
