yea he can but i dint think that microscopic lil bits of iron are enought to lift a guard of his weight ,we know he is powerful i just think it would be hard. plus you remember how he escaped right i dont think the iron in humans is enough to make a platform even for his big toe

To begin with, cardio does not kill "gains", or kill muscle if you do it even seven times a week. Its people who only do cardio for hours and hours on end who lose muscle. Champion bodybuilders often do an hour of cardio each day, everyday, and look at them! SO GO RUN FREE, AND BURN FAT FREE OF WORRY.
Next, long term low intensity and short term high intensity cardio dont necisarilly have differing a long term effect on your metabolism, which is what really ends up burning fat. Obviously though, High Intensity Interval Training (sprints and the like) is more economic since it takes a shorter amount of time, but there are better cardiovascular benefits to Low Intensity Endurance Training (jogging, biking, etc).

But just the fact that you are trying to better yourself is a huge deal! So many people who are in your position will decide not to, but you are already on your way there if you are exercising and trying different things and asking questions! I give you a solid pat on the back!

The only other thing I would recommend adding into your routines would be more compound movements like squats and deadlifts (FIND A GOOD TRAINER FOR THESE! They are spectacular exercises that will build a ton of strength and muscle in comparison to other exercises. And more muscles=more calories burned, so after some time, the fat will just melt off your body) as well as calisthenics. Never ever underestimate the value of calisthenics, they can save your life more than any other type of exercise (at least thats what i think).

* I had manboobs, but benching took care of that, my biceps and triceps have gotten big enough so my arms dont look fat anymore, the main issue now is my stomach and love handles.

i used to smoke weed regulary, so munchies added to my weight but i've stopped that
and what i used to do was jog about 7km twice or 3 times a week, but i read that just running kills your muscles. so instead i do 20 min interval training about 3 or 4 times a week.

i dont know if what im doing is right, so any feedback would be greatly appericated!
