It's a decent anime The combustion death was Ruroni Kenshin, another good one. If you like bloody anime check out Gantz as well, it's not one of the listed shows but it gets damned gruesome.

this is actually the hellsing ultimate version, there are 3 versions if you want the one from this video go with ultimate, the others are the original hellsing and hellsing the dawn
