Weren't the Futurama movies technically both hour-long specials and movies though? Why is that the Family Guy Star Wars specials are classified differently?

all the futurama movies were consistant with the show's lore not to mention the fact that they were well beyond an hour long. . . that and the fact that when they are shown on tv they are shown as movies in their entirety
