No im doing what i need to do to get my dream job, there is no other way to go into research without a PhD. Referring to it as 'a piece of paper' does either suggest you are young or didn't go into further education, which is obviously fine but don't shit on what ive been wanted to do since I was a child because you don't understand the process of becoming a researcher.

well I guess you're going to have to study in the UK then
giving up freedom and democracy is not a price you should be willing to pay to get easy and cheap education in a different country.

I'm not going to risk being unable to follow my dreams due to lack of placements to study in a country where the majority are making it more difficult to study, education should be supported not punished.

the EU is dependent on trade with Britain, and also the market outside of the EU is now more valuable thanks to EU regulations. free trade in the EU has never existed.
you received only part of the money that you had to give to the EU, you now can take ALL of that money and invest it in pensions and research.
the sterling is so low now because of the uncertainty of an EU leave. it is already recovering quickly.
you are now finally free to determine your own destiny. your market will no longer dwindle like the rest of the EU. you'll soon see that project fear should've been called project lies.

But research prospects abroad were appealing, and possible due to cheaper prices for people in the EU (i.e. masters in Holland can range from £3000-£6000 for tuition but now we will have to pay the full £9000 as there is no government grant for masters or PhD). This is not plausible for most people, that is far too much money. While we now do get a lump sum per week (£350 million) Nigel has already admitted the amount that was claimed to go into the NHS with this new weekly sum isn't possible. If you are american the NHS is our free health care, one of the sole reasons people voted leave. We are a tiny island with little produce to export, we will not survive in the current economy as a sovereign nation, in the past we may have but our population is now too large for this to be a stable possibility.

the pound sterling was saved

Free trade is no longer an option in EU
We received £1 billion from the EU going into research, and collaborating with other groups will now be harder (doing a placement currently, yes research will be affected)
Why will pension become bigger?
How is the sterling saved, its the lowest its been since 1985?
