But that means that the motion of your portal flying through the air sticks to the surface.
Plus, the motion rule applies to things that physically move in the game or that could be picked up.

That is exactly what I was saying is the case, as for the motion rule itself it is a game mechanic. Explaining something that relies on completely fictional physical rules in a real-physics setting is bound to create some paradoxes, so in the grand scheme of things we are in some ways both right even though we are saying the completely opposite things.

Walls don't move.

Walls are part of buidings, buildings are built on the ground, the earth is MOVING around the sun at an incredibly high speed, the sun is MOVING around the galaxy at an even higher speed, the galaxy itself is MOVING through the universe at a speed even higher than that, so no matter where you shoot a portal, it will hit something that is in motion

Many women agree with you, and are fine with the draft going both ways. Though no one should ever have to be drafted, male or female.

Just think of the women who snuck into the army during the civil war to fight for what they believed in. They had to fight for their lives while hiding what they really were.

Women in the military now are fighting for the rights to do more...

that's the definition of equality. Equality is when both parties have/experience that same opportunities, weather good or bad.
