I quite prefer subs as well. It just seems to sound/feel better to me. Not to mention they don't have to localize the jokes, possibly ruining it in sub.

Also, I'm learning Japanese, so sub can make for good practice.

try another player. they are underneath the video. AuEn and Vevr should work for the 1st episode of Spice and Wolf... if not, i can find a stream with a simpler codec which may help. If that still doesn't work, I'll just find you a download for the episodes.

Ok , two things. One, finished first episode and it was just as wonderful as i remember and the streaming went well. 2 That gif looks rather sexual from my perspective along with half of the other stuff in spice and wolf.

2) That gif is a cat girl licking her hand, ya pervert. and the "sexual content" of Spice and Wolf is pretty much all in the first episode.

Well i have been busy and ended up staying away from the internet because of a relationship that was ended. In other terms, i had biked around places screaming at people with some irl friends and now was the most convenient stopping point.

Hard to put the impression into text. In a one word answer "awesome", but other then that i believe that your a very fine individual and having a conversation with you is a enjoyable one. More enjoyably then most people i may have a conversation with and i do enjoy your taste in images. Then again i always did find anime enjoyable and the fact is your sources are good ones.

What are your favorite anime may I ask?

Well i havent watched much anime in awhile. I feel ashamed considering the fact that i stopped in the middle of Deadmans wonderland. But three that i remember the names of in which i enjoyed are Death Note, Elfen Lied, and Cowboy Bebop. I need to start watching anime again. I have a list somewhere of the different ones i was watching and where i left off. But other then such things i watch what Toonami shows every now and then.

If you make an account on anime-planet.com you'll be able to keep track of the anime and manga you've watched/read/etc. There is also a user-based recommendation system of "If you like this series, you may also like these." and so-forth. It also tells you how much time you've spent on anime, and lets you have a self-updating forum signature with your anime stats on it.

There's also myanimelist.com which is quite similar (and far more popular), but is also quite glitchy. I personally like anime-planet more.

Anyway, back to the discussion at hand, my top 5 anime at the moment are:
1) Puella Magi Madoka Magica
2) Bakemonogatari
3) Fate/zero
4) Spice and Wolf
5) Tatami Galaxy

First, thank you for that website. I no longer have to making lists and lose them. Secondly, Spice and Wolf is a good anime. It was in fact the anime that i got a good friend of mine to watch anime. Though im sad to say i am terrible at staying consistent in watching anime so have only watched the first few episodes, and that was a few years ago if im correct.
