Holy bitch tits batman, it must of been the gravity of uranus during the planetary alignment. They must of harnessed that to create an Ice ray that froze the beach so innocent bystanders would sink there overly useless mode of transportation once they ran over this one location... By god, I think I got it.

Butter my bat balls batman, he's right this isnt mother natures sandy vagina. its a frozen lake. That total puts things into a new perspective. Instead of Harnessing the power of Uranus, Mr Freeze must of busted a load all over this lake. However, he must of missed this one particular location. We must alert the coast guard. they will know what to do.

i was persuaded to buy the 500 after i talked with a park ranger who was attacked by a bear in the sierras.
she emptied her 357 into its face and the thing still managed to get a bite down on her arm, she only managed to get away when she stabbed it in the muzzle with a knife and ran.
if i ever find myself in that kind of situation, i know im prepared. they use the 500's for Alaskan wildlife service because they can penetrate the skull of a grizzly.
as for the ammo, i dont personally load my own. but my grandpa does. i usually order the 325-350 grain deer hunting rounds. they usually make them more pointed than the average round for better penetration. i have a box of the exposed core rounds for killing deer, supposedly exposing the core as a sharp tip makes for faster kills, but in my opinion it would just go right through without doing any real damage.

it was originally 1200 for the gun, a nice case, and a holster, but i got it at a discount for about 950$

I usually load my 357 with 180 grain castcore. When I go backpacking.
Never had to use it. But I always kinda worried that if i did it wouldn't be enough.
Im keeping my eye out for deals on 44s or maybe a 500 but I dont know if I hike enough to justify spending the money.
I think my 357 would do for pretty much anything im likely to encounter.

oh yeah, if you want fire rate you gotta go with a semi auto handgun, having to pull back the trigger every time is just time consuming.
the image above isnt my 500, but its similar. mine has a little gold "S&W" on the barrel
and its a double action. takes 20 guage shells and 50 cal magnum rounds.

though i go shooting allot ive only actually had to use my 500 in one case when i was in the sierras and had a black bear tracking me, luckily i didnt have to kill him and the noise scared him off.
User avatar #37 - bloorajah (04/22/2014) [-]

I ******* knew it. Did any of your superiors ever find the fic? You hinted once that you wrote it on USMC computers.
User avatar #36 to #35 - Muppetz (11/19/2014) [-]
No during the time I wrote that I was getting my top secret clearance.
I had a sneaky suspicion they might be watching my computer history. But I think I was just being paranoid.

I wrote that chapter during my time at the OSO. My handler was a Staff Sgt. He was a good guy. I think he's with 2-8 now.
Glad you liked it though.
