 You told me I could choose a developer, I then stated it could be a opinion. Also, bethesda does give customer service. Behesda's customer service., i'm counting releasing buggy games in this, is absolutely deplorable. I send in several support tickets to them months ago and they still havent gotten back to me. One of the biggest issues I had with them was skyrim on the ps3. In all of my encounters they've given me good service, I even had a online chat with one of them. I don't think it was bethesda's fault that the DLC's weren't released, correct me if I'm wrong. It was Bethesda's fault that they patched the game before the dlc was out and that dlc caused the game to freeze every time you stepped in water. It's also their fault that they left it like that for months instead of reverting the patch and fixing so we could play in the meantime. So because of this you're saying their whole customer support is bad? You're right that no company is perfect but with every 1 bug you fix 10 more can arise; maybe they were working on it. Bethesda is a much better than most companies I deal with. Like I said they should have reverted us to the old system while they fixed the patch not made us wait with a game breaking bug and giving us bs answers. You make it seem like Bethesda isn't in the habit of releasing games with game breaking bugs. THE PATCH FOR THE DLC CAUSED THE VANILLA GAME TO CRASH. THE PATCH WAS INSTALLED EVEN IF YOU DIDNT BUY THE DLC. | ||
