You mean like when your using the whammy bar? I don't really understand your question, a floyd rose is just a tremolo system.

With a floyd rose you need a perfect balance when tuning the strings, both on the springs and the strings or else it's fucked up, the bridge ends up inclined either to the front or the back, now with the double locking system, it can easily snap the strings on the bridge or the neck

He's saying that because floyd roses are known for fucking up if you just tune on the pegs.
At least my guitar has fine tuning pegs (on the bridge itself to get a perfect tune) at least mine has that because I have locking nuts (or whatever you call those) and you can't tune it without taking those off.

Or are you just making fun of the bridges used on on floods because they can't hold a tune as well as say, a tune-o-matic.
