Not really rage, or even anything I didn't previously say. You never know what the cop truely felt on those moments, and you don't know what the dog was doing either. A dog is loyal to its owner, and even a sweet well trained dog wI'll defend it's home and family when it feels threatened. You can't blame the animal for it. I'm just trying to see this from a more nutral stand then everyone else yelling murder at the cop. The dog was acting as dogs do, and the cop made a mistake going into the wrong home. It's not fair to anyone involved. And I'd say the dogs owner should at least be able to sue. But that doesn't bring a dog back.

I'm not really yelling at the cop for murder, it was an accident indeed or was it . But actually putting a bullet into the dog, well there would have been something really wrong for that to happen or the cop didn't want to take chances maybe. Whatever the cop was thinking or what the dog was doing, i doubt it was a situation to shoot the dog.

Because laws with cops are pretty odd, and differ arround the world. From what I recall though a cop is allowed to respond with deadly force if they feel threatened. Now not saying this is what happened or if it's right or wrong, but a cop enters a home with a warrent, a dog quickly approaches barking, the cop fears an attack and fires. So alot of these cases are pretty much a gray area because the cop was in the wrong home, but technically was within his legal right because the cop felt he was defending himself.

But 99% of dogs bark when you enter someones house uninvited doesn't mean its okay to fucking shoot them....
