im pretty sure no archaeologist would start digging around in a cemetery, they are usually well away from most towns when they dig, the only time one might dig at a cemetery would be if some scanner detected something under it. so unless someone's been buried in the middle of nowhere, there's a very small chance of them digging a grave up

People buried only 80 years ago have been excavated to study burial patterns, the difference between archaeology and grave robbing is archaeology is done to gain knowledge. So technically excavating Cold war era mass graves is archaeology, if we study the peoples that were killed.
