thats the order they were produced in...however brotherhood isnt a sequel...the original series aired while the manga was still being written and it went really far off of the main plot. brotherhood ends up being a much better series (better plot and feels) because it was made after the manga finished and closely follows the manga...honestly ive only seen the first series one time all the way thru...and i really dont have the desire to watch it again after seeing brotherhood...sooo if u really wanna watch both...watch brotherhood second cause youll be disappointed otherwise

Good thing i chose psychology, so i dont have to deal with this kind of things.

One word: Gangrene. This could have started out as a small cut or bite, but the recipient's neglect of the wound caused a certain type of bacteria to infect the wound. Gangrene is unique in that it travels and continues to degrade living tissue slowly and painfully as it travels to the rest of the body. At the stage that this picture is at, amputation would be the best option, but if it were caught earlier, the use of maggots (not as dangerous as it sounds, they only eat dead tissue and then dislodge from the area) on the infected area would have worked nicely. When it comes to Gangrene, maggots are a common medical practice.
