Glad to see you corrected the major mistake in this post, but the pictured SKS is not an assault rifle. It is not an assault rifle because of the following: the magazine is not detachable and the weapon is not capable of selective fire- that is it cannot go fully automatic. It is a common mistake to designate the SKS as an assault rifle, but as stated above it is not one.
