Consent when you're drunk or wasted cannot happen. This applies to BOTH men and ladies. I think men are less likely to call it rape (even when they feel sexually violated) because of the type of responses they'd get.
Unless you have explicitly talked about it prior to drinking, someone who has been drinking moderately to heavily cannot give consent. It doesn't matter if they flirted with you, if you kissed, or what they're wearing. You have no idea if they want to have sex with you unless you ASK.
