So your best advice is to tell fat people that love eating food to just spend every day eating boring mush for the rest of their life?

No, good exercise is the best answer, and just limiting the bad food that they eat.

Just because that boring crap is cheap doesn't mean its easy for these people to limit themselves to boring mush every day

Hmm well nothing I said was incorrect or inaccurate, so I don't see what you're getting at.

No your arguments that a healthy diet is hard and expensive is hog wash. Literally easy as shit to do. You are just to self absorbed in yourself to even consider it.

Also to eat like a horse? Give me a break. Learn to fucking cook

It's hard for a fat person not used to it. Personally I eat great, but I know that people who are used to eating poorly and are in a routine it's hard for them to totally change everything they buy and starting eating healthily.

And it's not about being able to cook you fucking retard.

Diet is the single most important thing to lose weight, there is no point in exercise if you don't diet because nothing will happen if you don't diet. That diet up there is also a very balanced diet that will not taste like mush if you have a single idea on how to cook and use spices.

Eating healthy is MUCH more difficult, most things have tons of calories in them.

some things, like a can of cashews, might not seem like a lot of calories, but then you look and a can is nearly enough calories for an entire day, even if its just one little can.

If someone doesn't care about being fat, why would they go through the effort of losing weight?
Unless someone is obese it's really not a problem.

Personally, I'm in nearly perfect physical condition, so I'm not like defensive or anything, but it's more expensive, and less tasty to eat healthily. Look at how cheap junk shitty food is.
#38 - MatthewsGauss (10/15/2014) [-]
GG on not knowing how to read nutrition labels. Breakfast with 2 cups of oats, 1 cup of milk and banana in the morning is about 600 cal. Lunch with 3 eggs with a cup of chicken and some spinach and onion mixed in is bout 5-600 cal depending on the chicken (rice optional). Dinner with potato, broccoli, brown rice and some beef is about another 6-700 calories, depending on size of meat. Maybe add some peanuts and greek yogurt worth about 400 cal through the day. All in all that is a perfectly healthy day with about 2200 calories, just enough to meet a normal persons daily intake and all the above is super cheap and easy to make. All that can be bought in POUNDS for maximum $4 for the chicken and beef, oats, eggs, milk, rice, potatoes and any veggie can be bought for dirt cheap amounts.

he clearly is comfortable with his nature. I can relate. im clearley overweight, and even though i can do diet and work out adn live a healthy life, i choose to stay at home, browse funnyjunk, and eat highly caloric food. I also smoke a lot.
The career i chose demands me to be in good health condition, so when the time comes, i would stop doing unhealthy shit, but once i am out of the radar again I will resume my unhealthy habits.
If you think your value as a person is based on how you look and how you are phisically percieved by people, Im sorry to tell you, you need a lot to learn kid.

User avatar #1024 to #1023 - afriendlyanon (07/14/2013) [-]
Drink water. Lots of it. That should help for the most part.

I hate insanity because it takes up so much time and makes me drench the area I workout in a sea of sweat.

Where you at boi?
User avatar #999 to #998 - MatthewsGauss (07/12/2013) [-]
1ton class strength?

Been doing the insanity workout thing for my leg workouts since my calves refuse to get bigger.
User avatar #1000 to #999 - afriendlyanon (07/12/2013) [-]
My body can officially lift one ton of of weight using all of the major muscle groups in my body at max output.

Oh god Insanity, I hate that ******* thing.

User avatar #1001 to #1000 - MatthewsGauss (07/12/2013) [-]
my lower back hates insanity too for some raisin.
I havnt done one ton of anything because I'm like 99.1% sure I cant take it. Also my gains have been **** lately and I keep fluctuating on my arm and chest mass
User avatar #1002 to #1001 - afriendlyanon (07/12/2013) [-]
If you have a back focused machine you should use it. No matter what, Insanity is a pain in the ass even if you strengthen it.

I was pretty sure I couldn't until one day I realized that by finding my maxs, my body could actually support more than one ton without breaking. My gains in the strength department haven't been great, but ever since I went gluten free a month ago I have lowered myself to 190lbs with a 12.2 body fat percentage. No gluten is miraculous, everyhting is so much more toned.
User avatar #1003 to #1002 - MatthewsGauss (07/12/2013) [-]
I have a pullup bar hooked onto my door that I use religiously but I dont get much muscle from doing it. Also I couldnt do a no gluten diet because a huge bowl of cereal is what I've been having for breakfast every day since I 1st grade. That's also probably the reason why I still have a higher weight than I should
User avatar #1004 to #1003 - afriendlyanon (07/12/2013) [-]
Pullups are better for tone than actually mass gain. You could eat bananas and other fruit to go gluten free. I use that and a metabolism boosting protein shake for breakfast now. Trust me, you'll feel better if you go gluten free. You feel lighter, better and you notice losses pretty quickly.
User avatar #1005 to #1004 - MatthewsGauss (07/12/2013) [-]
I dont want to lose weight I need to gain weight because I still only weight 170 and I want to get to 180
User avatar #1006 to #1005 - afriendlyanon (07/12/2013) [-]
Better to lose fat weight than gain excess. Plus with your body, 180 might be limit until you grow more.
User avatar #1007 to #1006 - MatthewsGauss (07/12/2013) [-]
but gluten and I have been friends since grade school, but I guess I could in the name of gains
User avatar #1008 to #1007 - afriendlyanon (07/12/2013) [-]
They were to me too, but it is truly worth it. It's not that you are going to crave it, it's that you are going to find it everywhere. And it will piss you off.
User avatar #1010 to #1008 - MatthewsGauss (07/12/2013) [-]
also what do you think about protein shakes
User avatar #1009 to #1008 - MatthewsGauss (07/12/2013) [-]
Is there any rules to it or do you just not eat gluten plain and simple
User avatar #1011 to #1009 - afriendlyanon (07/12/2013) [-]
I keep away from it as much as possible, sometimes you can't help but eat some, but I have lowered my gluten intake by about 95% over the last month. So it is pretty much a don't eat it at all thing.

Protein shakes are good, I wouldn't tell you to get one that boosts your metabolism like the one I am taking though.
User avatar #1012 to #1011 - MatthewsGauss (07/12/2013) [-]
Imma try the gluten free thingy. One more thing, how long do you stay at the gym and do you focus on a certain muscle group while you're there
User avatar #1013 to #1012 - afriendlyanon (07/12/2013) [-]
Aight. I usually stay for around three hours, but you really should only be there for two. I focus on a routine of: Upper body Strength Training, the next day Lower Body Strength, then Upper Body Endurance, then Lower Body endurance, then Push Strength, then Pull Strength, then Push Endurance then Pull Endurance. This pretty much allows me to reap the benefits of hyper recovery and placement focus as much as possible without spending too much time on one specific bicep or pectoral. Though when you first start doing it, you're going to be in a hell of pain, because if you do what I do, you're going to to strength by 8 reps 6 sets and endurance by 15 reps 4 sets.
User avatar #1014 to #1013 - MatthewsGauss (07/12/2013) [-]
i've been going for only an hour (if that) and that's because I would get bored and leave. I would also switch between arms, legs and abs then the next day do back, chest and legs. with about 4 or 5 sets of 10 for each
User avatar #1015 to #1014 - afriendlyanon (07/12/2013) [-]
That's too bad, you'll just have to push through it.

So some middle ground between endurance and strength training.
User avatar #1016 to #1015 - MatthewsGauss (07/12/2013) [-]
I've been meaning to go there longer but I just get so bored and tired that I just leave. Should probably bring an ipod or some **** to stop the boredom.
User avatar #1017 to #1016 - afriendlyanon (07/12/2013) [-]
If you have a pump up play list it'll probably help.
