How tall are you? Being 130 Kg at 2.1 m or 1.5 m really makes a difference and can help you decide the best way to go around losing weight. I would recommend starting a weightlifting program, not only will you build muscle from this, but also lose weight. Also, 130 Kg is on the heavy side, and running/jogging at that weight might pose a risk to your leg joints. Walking, biking and elliptical machines are all great substitutes to save your legs. Remember- the most important part in losing weight isn't how much cardio you do or how much/little you eat, it's how much calories you take in subtracted by the calories you burn. [url deleted] is a website you can use to find out how much calories you would be burning in a day.

Good luck, stick it in there! Try not to take things too fast, you are changing your body after all, and that takes patience and hard work.

Try to slowly reverse your running and walking, slowly get to 15 minutes running and 5 minutes walking, then start increasing the time you run and lowering the walking until you stop walking. As for which one to do, I would go to the gym and do cardio first then actually start working out.
