I tried it once at a friends house and literally had the worst experience ever as a new player. Like I played around 3 games and it seemed like every single player in the game was a complete and utter monumental asshole.

well lets be honest almost every game can be like that from 12 year olds on XBOX oor elitist on Dota their everywhere

but theres also great people in the community who are more than willing to help

i own dota 2 and like it, its just werid to play compareing it to Lol

Maybe you just didn't think about it, but most people don't have your television channels, nor do they have your television provider, nor do they live in your state, and hell, a fair portion don't even live in our country, very few people here have the same stations on the same channels as you do. Where I live, the provider I use has Nick as 21, CN as 22, and Disney as 26.

Some of them are villians or neutral and not really heroes.

well they are not called heroes because they are war heroes or something, a hero in warcraft III is the leader and that name transfered to dota, with it being mod for WCIII
