That is Ridley as a baby.

Wait.....But Ridley attacks Samus's family's mining colony and kills everyone but her when she's 3 years old.

He is cloned by the Federation after his death in Super Metroid.

What? The federation decided it'd be a good idea to clone the leader of the Space Pirates? Those retards!

They didn't know it was Ridley. They cloned him by using genetic material founr on Samus's power suit.

Still, stupid idea. They found stuff on Samus Aran's suit, after she's been fighting giant metroids, Space Pirates, Kraid and a whole lot more, and decided to clone it? Even stupider than trying to capture the SA-X.

Play Other-M and you will understand.

The only problem with the game is its length. It takes about 12 hours to beat.

Is that good or bad?

Meh. Neither. I wish it was longer, though.

Why? I finished Fusion (My all-time favorite metroid game) In 7 hours, and i was satisfied.

Yep. And he's still a smart little bastard at this stage. Researchers raised this Ridley clone as a pet and, to escape, he played dead in his enclosure until a researcher leaned down to check on him. "Little Bird" then hopped up and killed the researcher.

Yeah, and he actually uses Samus at this stage as well. He startles a bunch of Zeros (the armored caterpillar things) after Samus drops into a Kihunter nest. The Ki hunters all get pissed forcing Samus to destroy the hive, which lets Ridley eat some honey in safety.

wow. ridley seemed so stupid in Prime, and now he's coming up with honey stealing plans.. wtf

The Federation must have accidentaly fused his DNA with that of Winnie the Pooh
