Thank you very much kind sir, I drink around 5 liters a day, which I think is plenty, I count my calories too, I do increase weights when I feel I can do the workout easily.
Do you think sleep might be a problem?
I have 2 jobs and working out, I have 2-3 hours of sleep usually, I kinda hate sleep, waste of time.

Yes, I think sleep matters. It helps recover your muscle and your body in general. It gives is a general break and the "system reboot" you need. 2-3 hours of sleep is not enough, you probably should get around 8-9 if you're above 18. Anything above that is just excessive. Also, if your jobs are manual labor, overworking your body could be a possibility. Be careful about that.

If you have 2 jobs, you could be stressed as well. Some studies show that high stress may lead to weight gain and/or struggle in weight loss.

Oh and drink lots of water, not just when you're thirsty. drink some throughout the day. If you're working out frequently, drink a gallon and a half a day at bare minimum.
