 The...team on defense is the one that does the blitzing. Linebackers need to be big, but quick, so they're usually not brick-shaped like the guy in the content, because either they're sacking in a blitz or they're providing extra protection elsewhere depending on the play. That means they need to be mobile in order to get where they need to be, wherever that may be in a given defensive play. | ||

Linebackers need to be big, but quick, so they're usually not brick-shaped like the guy in the content, because either they're sacking in a blitz or they're providing extra protection elsewhere depending on the play.
