There are several methods of trying to make yourself dream. Btw, I think it's been proven that everyone dreams, just not everyone remembers them. Also, if you snore you can't enter the deepest sleep,

...and are less likely to have powerful dreams (and good rest). I've always been able to remember my dreams: I remember a couple a week. It's interesting to contrast my dreams with what's going on in my conscious life.

I read something about ways you can help yourself remember possible dreams. Try looking up something about it if you want.
