Dark Wraiths, one of the 9 covenants, is the only one that lets you invade others as a bad guy and kill them.

You can still PvP as Gwyndolin's knight, but it requires guilty people who will probably one-shot you. You can also go into the Cat Covenant to kill anyone who enters the Darkroot Forest, but all the assholes there farm the weak Cat Covenant invaders for easy souls because they know they're automatically sent to kill.
