Okay you brought up two points that I think you sincerely believe so I am going to explain one by one why they are both actually a load of shit you have been fed.

He had his staff hand the canned goods to people, and then they went up and handed them to Mitt who accepted them like it was a legitimate donation effort. Its very similar to when Paul Ryan went to the soup kitchen and washed clean dishes.
