If you notice, it tells you to use it in a well ventilated area. If he was a closed storage room, then that would be a different story. It looks like he is in a well ventilated area in the gif. Besides they put those precautions there to cover not only to inform you about dry ice, but to also cover their own ass in case something were to happen. Sometimes practicality doesn't match what we theoretically believe is true

It's theft of services, where they to call the police (in the US) the perpetrator would probably be issued an arrest ticket in lieu of an actual arrest, whereupon he would later be summonsed to court. But, depending on the barber, he may let you off easy with some harsh words, or ask you to do services as reimbursement however, it is technically blackmail to demand someone work for you or face criminal charges, so I guess it could go either way.

I may have to get a stick out of my ass, but I at least don't have my head up my ass. When there's enough water and cups to cover every square inch of the floor, you can bet your stick storing ass that sucking that shit up with a sponge or a mop isn't going to be easy, or even fast enough to suck up all the water before it starts leaking through, never mind starting the fucking job because there are cups on the way to where ever the hell it is you keep a mop/sponge/squeegee/bucket.

Shit, some floors use flooring planks that intersect underneath but still have slits that lets water leak through. With all that water, it's a disaster screaming to happen, ending in a lot of money spent in repairs or an eviction if your landlord is nice.

I don't know, I thought mistaking a pistol for a camera was a pretty funny prank. Not that you particularly care where to draw the line.
#95 - anonymous (10/15/2014) [-]
If someone did this to my floor, it would cost at LEAST 12000 to fix. That's if I tear up the damaged floor and relay the wooden floor again. With labor? I don't want to think.
Had my hot water heater spill a few gallons in the hall one night and by morning the flooring was buckled and basically destroyed.

You know that weird white gasket like sealant they place inbetween the bathtub/toilet and the floors/walls? One time, the sealant for a bathtub in my bathroom degraded considerably, particularly in the corner near the faucet, so all the water that dripped on the bathtub side also dripped down the side and through the damaged sealant. I now have a lovely bulge and exposed gypsum above the kitchen dinner table.

Nobody saw it coming. Everyone who showered there wiped the ground dry after, dried themselves while still in the shower and this shit still happened.

Are you an idiot?

If you do this, then the water is on the floor. As in, the floor is starting to soak it up the minute you do this. It probably takes at least half an hour, if not more than an hour, to do this. That alone would ruin parts of my floor. Then it would stay there until I came home, which would ruin the rest of the floor to the point where it had to be removed. That would probably get me evicted, or land me a huge bill for the removal and re-installment of the floor of my apartment, which would leave me homeless while it was repaired.

So yeah, I would sue for that, because it's a fucking stupid thing to do, and if someone did that to me, I sure as hell wouldn't consider them a friend.

I hope your friends start taking a shit in your bed preferably wet ones , remember you can't get angry as long as it's a prank, even if they ruin your things for no good reason

Wow, it's almost like I don't want my home to be fucked up, or evicted and sued.

Next time, how about I shoot your picture with a gun instead of a camera? That would be really funny.
#49 - JHDog (10/14/2014) [-]
if my friends did this prank on me, yeah i'd be really pissed at them, but not that pissed to sue them. Sometimes you just gotta take that stick out of your ass and take a fucking joke. Water shouldn't be too damaging to your floor unless you're a lazy ass who doesn't clean up his floor or if your friends are truly fucked at that point i'd suggest making new friends the water has some chemical component to it.

"how about i shoot you with a gun instead of a camera" are you seriously that uptight?
again, you must have a lot of friends It's sarcasm if you didn't catch it

Well no, but it's 2 guys with a shovel, and what looks like maybe another car with a tow strap. They aren't just gonna have to dig it out. They have to dig it out, dig a trench to drag it through, put boards along the ditch to keep it from sinking, and do it all before the tide comes back in again to ruin their progress.
