I´ve read the books and it is also never stated that all of Georges memories include Fred.
It is however mentioned that Snape live was completly miserable and the only thing that made him happy was Lily. this is mostly shown in books 6 and 7, not that much in the movies.
they might be two different people but the conditions of the spell are the same for everyone.

Basically, YouTube's video counter can only count up to a certain number for a specific reason. When the site was still in its early days, people started using bots and forms of spam to get more views. YouTube figured that most videos get a certain number of likes per a certain number views, and to prevent fraud, they have the counter stop at a certain number so the video can be verified that there are likes and dislikes coming in without the views just shooting up. Once the video has been checked that someone isn't just refreshing the page for more and more views or whatever, the views start counting correctly. This has been going on for quite some time. That's why it angers me when people still haven't clued in that the counter only counts so much in the first hour to few hours the video is available.
