How many countries do you know of that have glasses shaped like their country and have people posting images of them wearing them? I could maybe understand if it was about the 4th July BS, but with the title and description talking about "freedom", the implication is there.
#28 - xxxsonic fanxxx (07/04/2013) [-]
How many of these glasses have you actually seen outside of this picture? My guess is none, these weren't manufactured by the entirety of the USA, stop generalizing.

I haven't seen any because I don't live in America. however, I have seen many pictures of people wearing these things.

Whenever I say to people that it is, they don't understand, so I've given up and just taken to calling the USA, America, but you are correct.

User avatar #45 - ironsoul (07/04/2013) [-]
Because it is an enormous invasion of privacy. Say you like looking at, lets say, transexual porn. That is not illegal, or dangerous to anybody, but it is still something you would probably not everybody to know about.
#48 - xxxsonic fanxxx (07/04/2013) [-]
I'm not saying NSA isn't fucked up, but it doesn't actually restrict freedom very much.

Someone seeing you do something and someone stopping you from doing something are two very different things.
User avatar #47 - rangerofthesea (07/04/2013) [-]
i never sid it was right...in fact i said i dont agree with it. but it is harming few and (with any hope) it will serve its purpose in the future

not sarcasm at all, just in the US fantasy sports (mainly fantasy football) have begun to become as popular as real sports, ESPN literally has 3 hours dedicated to talking about which players to take and play every sunday, broken down by analysts and ex-NFL players. I just assumed that if it was that big here it would be that big in other countries too, well damn, thanks for the info though, learn something new everyday

wait is fantasy football (football as in European football) not a thing around the world, i never knew that, i always assumed that the premier league had some sort of fantasy following at least
#62 - Huberman (05/22/2013) [-]
Not sure if sarcasm..,
To my understanding, no, Football doesn't have a fantasy thing going for it (more of a Rugby man myself anyway), so that feature will only be good for the American market.

See, that would make sense to me if Dr. Who wasn't an insanely popular show to begin with. But it is, so your sentiment is really strange. If anything, you should be glad your favorite show is becoming more popular. Thumbed you up, because I only thumb down utterly ignorant or hateful comments
#33 - xxxsonic fanxxx (05/21/2013) [-]
Dr. Who posts should be hidden by default.
Basically, Whovian == Bronie. So, they should be treated as such.
User avatar #30 - bckjoes (05/21/2013) [-]
Dude, i watched it even back in the classic era.

Yet it doesn't bother me that people are becoming interested, if your a true fan you should be glad that people are supporting the show.

In short, stop being a hipster faggot.
