How many countries do you know of that have glasses shaped like their country and have people posting images of them wearing them? I could maybe understand if it was about the 4th July BS, but with the title and description talking about "freedom", the implication is there.

How many of these glasses have you actually seen outside of this picture? My guess is none, these weren't manufactured by the entirety of the USA, stop generalizing.

I haven't seen any because I don't live in America. however, I have seen many pictures of people wearing these things.

Whenever I say to people that it is, they don't understand, so I've given up and just taken to calling the USA, America, but you are correct.

they are on the lookout for potential threats...i dont agree with it...but if im not doing anything that needs to be hidden why should it bother me?...

Because it is an enormous invasion of privacy. Say you like looking at, lets say, transexual porn. That is not illegal, or dangerous to anybody, but it is still something you would probably not everybody to know about.

I'm not saying NSA isn't fucked up, but it doesn't actually restrict freedom very much.

Someone seeing you do something and someone stopping you from doing something are two very different things.

i never sid it was right...in fact i said i dont agree with it. but it is harming few and (with any hope) it will serve its purpose in the future

The implication from the image is that America is the most free country in the world when it isn't.

Linguistics disagrees. The majority of people understand what "my bad" means, so it makes perfect sense.
