You mean that can sustain human life and that of organisms with similar atomic composition. Given the basically infinite number of surroundings possible in various areas of the universe, there must be organisms which exist to live in let's say a 79% methane atmosphere at 0.5% Earth's gravity at temperatures averaging -249.3*C. We just haven't heard from the Trilunfaxa yet, so that's probably a bad example.

It's still a huge understatement to say Earth is any less than exhilarating. Just imagine what coming from another galaxy gazillions of miles away and seeing the human life on Earth would be like. It would be interesting to say the least.
