well its a torrent file and it downloads an .iso..could you be more specific about the problem? i may be able to sort it out :)

no it doesnt needs a disc, by disc it means a software which can run it. use daemon tools or virtual clone drive

do i need these tools only for installation or can i run skyrim after a free trial is finished?

if you d/led from the torrent you'll need one of the above mentioned software to download and it'll be full version, not a trial :)

google "virtual clone driver" and you'll get a freeware, no need to torrent it.

well you can have one following you at a time and yah they'll wait for as long as you need ..i never used followers since i used to play a theif / archer and they just SPPAARTAA into mobs xD
as far as i've heard there are total 45 followers so dont worry if you lose any (unless ofc you've lost like 44 of them >.> )

well, i just married brelyna. I looked up my options for another dark elf and she seemed like the best. Im doing a thief type too although i dont have a real strategy worked out. If i have the opportunity i like to ambush from stealth with a bow but they usually spot me first. just got the perk to ambush with 6x damage with a knife, its fucking brutal when i get the opportunity. My other plan is to max out my fire damage (not going to spec into other magic, just fire).

Whats really frustrating is the game glitched and i cant continue the thieves guild quests. From an rpg perspective this is ok for my character but the lack of fences and losing the opportunity to get the nightingale armor really sucks :/ Cant wait to finish the dark brotherhood quests, i got a long term plan to become a vampire >:) next character i think is going to be an orc heavy armor shield/one handed/bowman werewolf. This guy is only level 16 so itll be a while.

goooood, thieves guild gives you an awesome perk though..if you join brotherhood and you kill anyone and guards catch you..there'll be an option "how about you havent seen anything (bribe gold)" and they'll let you go.
so basically you're a legal murderer that way :P

well i continued the thieves guild quests up through loud and clear. I turned that mission in but was never prompted to start the next one. i looked it up online and discovered that i needed to talk to maven black briar immediately after loud and clear to keep the story going. unfortunately i decided to take a nap in game and when i finally found her she refused to acknowledge my presence.

the pro of this is that i already got the thieves guild armor and can bribe guards at will :D the con is that i cant get the nightingale armor. this wouldnt really be a con but i just found out males cant get the frontal mask from the shrouded cowl >.> so now i want the nightingale armor because it is the only item in the game with a sick frontal mask.

this is the part where you can help me, though (and i recognize you have already helped me a lot haha). i read that i can use a console command to que the next quest but im not sure which one would be appropriate (2:30 am, im way too tired). can you take a peek at this list and maybe make a recommendation of what you would do? elderscrolls.wikia.com/wiki/Console_Commands_(Skyrim)

hmm all i know is you gotta know the quest id and the stage number and using SetStage command..there are guides which show the quest ids :O

haha sorry about that, i pretty much just double clicked on the icon in daemon tool and then clicked on install (as you can see in the right)

yes now right click --> open --> razor 1911 ---> copy all the files ---> paste into the directory where you installed the file, like E: or C: :P

hmm, when i click play it still just reloads the launcher. i feel like it didnt install completely to the E: drive

or that doesnt make sense, i guess it didnt install completely to the C: drive originally?

you installed to c: drive first?
listen, just erase all the installed files, do a fresh install :)

doing that now. when i opened it in daemon tools it opened in my E: drive, im guessing that was the mounted image. from there i went to install and installed it onto C:. im guessing that im supposed to copy and paste something or other into my folder on C:. in that video i linked below he downloads Skyrim Beta 1.6.rar and copies and pastes that.

yah open E: --> razor 1911 ---> copy the contents ---> paste into C: --> copy and replace the originals
