Certainly

Depending on which side you're riding on, you have to keep pressing in the same direction (if you're surfing on a ramp to your right, you would hold down the right key) and NEVER move backward or forward, as they will stop you completely. Use your mouse to steer and try to stay relatively low on the walls so as to gain speed.

I hope I could help. It takes practice, so don't be annoyed.
