A cat's acthuall tail is acthually really thin. Just look at a naked cat's tail, and realize that that's usually how thin every other cat's tail really is.

So I guess the fur is giving the snek a hard time targeting the enemy.

>Only steak and eggs
You mean fuck my cholesterol right up?
First off each egg only has like 6g of protein but 5g of fat and a 16oz steak is more or less 110g of protein But fucking 90g of fat.

So yes you will be hitting a wonderful 220+g protein count, but your carbs will be pretty much non-existent. And you'll be eating 180g of fat, which is 1,620 extra calories. Not to mention how fucked eggs are in term of fat to protein. I mean really you are looking at a fuckton of fat bro. Like God damn, you could EASILY be eating 2000+ cal of just straight fat a day. While only getting like 1000 cal of protein.

Try brown rice and chicken. That way you can get hella protein and carbs, still eat about 50~g of fat a day, but don't over do it.

If your goals are to LOSE weight, you need to not be eating so much fat, and you DEFINITELY need carbs or your muscle will be rip. Its pretty fuckin tricky to do no carb and not lose heavy amounts of muscle. Also you are prob more around 20-23% bf range, so 175 isn't going to make you look hugely different.

I mean really what its going to come down to though is hitting the weights hard every day. When you first start out you are pretty much making god-their gains the first few months. Ride that high for a bit, then diet down.

That's what I was thinking about it sounds like a shit ton of fat. Plus the lack of carbs would make my body turn on muscles for energy which is a big no.

My original goal was around 160, but a friend of mine said that that would be for women. My goal is for the lean build where definition is visible. I might go back to focusing on 160-165. So I will do as you say (you've been huge help so far!) And focus on hitting the weights - more bench presses deadlifts and squats - and just keep my two meal protein and low carb a day diet.

Eggs are great bruh.

Yeah they are great but you gotta eat like a dozen to get the effect of 8 oz of chicken. I can buy 10lb of chicken for 20 bucks, where thats like the same price of a 2 dozen eggs.

First off its hard to eat that much, second off that much fat doesn't fit my macros. 50g of fat for 60g of protein isn't great, and neither is eating 10 eggs. 1 chicken breast I can live with though.

Where are you buying your eggs? I buy 4 dozen eggs for about $10.

And I don't care about Macros so whatever. Its some high quality protein and eggs are tasty as fuck.

Yeah I mean I like eggs.
But whats easier to get down, 20 eggs or 2 chicken breasts.
You gotta be real creative with those eggs if you think you can make it flavorful enough to enjoy 20 of them. Plus thats alot of prep.
All in all your spending 5 times more on something not as lean, that's harder to get down, and that's going to take a lot of work to make.

Obviously there is other stuff like some red meats and fish, but eggs are pretty over hyped, don't know what "High quality protein" means, and I def don't want to eat 10,000 eggs a year because I can. Thats how you fuck your cholesterol right up.

Egg whites are pretty much on par with chicken breast ( ~25g for EW, and ~30g for CB @8 Oz.) Now with eggs being way cheaper than chicken breast (8lg eggs = about 8oz. Of egg whites and 120 eggs costs aboot 20$ after taxes that's about 15 chicken breasts worth of protien But 8 8 Oz. Chicken breasts runs around 30$. So even though egg whites do have a slightly lower protein content per ounce they have a better price point. So why do you hate eggies so much?

I'm not arguing between the two though. I'm just saying eggs aren't bad.

There are arguably more ways to prepare eggs than chicken breasts. Personally I've had no problem making some cheesy scrambled eggs with a dozen eggs that are about 700 calories with tons of protein.

And a poptart has like 2 grams of protein, is protein from a poptart the same quality as 2 grams of protein from an egg?

There's also no link to eggs and bad cholesterol levels.

Those were lacking in my routines. Got it. My current max is 115 so I know I'm under the average but I'll work on that. Keep adding more every week is my plan.
