Personal input: colors don't contrast enough. Everything apart from her hair just sort of blends together so the hair pulls the eyes right to it.

I get that you want to give her a fire theme but consider throwing some compliments around. Doesn't have to be anything major. Try making her belt stand out for balance, maybe intensify the hue of her clothes. I'd say if you swapped the hue of her clothes and the fire on her hands it would start to look much more balanced.

But what do I know, I don't art.

I think it's mainly the hips. Give those a more defined look, so they look more fit than thick. Only edit the hips and she should still look pretty feminine.

Her hips and shoulders seem a bit too thick, also may want to add a bit more muscle mass as someone who seems like they're military.
