I'm actually poor as shit, work a shit job, no benefits, no overtime, cars unreliable as fuck most of my money goes towards gas and insurance and keeping the pos running, been homeless before. But i am a white young male. and have applied for benefits before and i guess since i wasnt tweaking, or beating my girlfriend in front of my case worker, I got denied. and i think today will mark day 5 of mac and cheese. So yea i know what being poor is like. but i also know that if you want anything you have to earn it yourself, not just take it from some one with m ore money

Well I am part of that upper middle class that has to pay for this and it is in no way taking more away from me or my dad than we can afford. I have a friend who is poor who is not on drugs, works her ass off with two fast food jobs and has this insurance. She still has to pay for medical care. she's not getting free boobjobs, free prescription drugs to abuse or living a luxurious life of foodstamps and free healthcare like most believe. She still has to wait inline she just has insurance she can now afford to visit for basic human medical needs. If you are really part of that poor class your taxes will not have gone up. No it doesn't cover birth control. (she thought it did).

not saying its all bad dont like paying for peoples shit dont think i should be taxed unles i can put my tax dollars toward exactly what i want them to go towards

Well good luck finding a country that caters to exactly what you want. they can't cater to everyone one and so they cater to those who are hurting the most so we can strengthen our weaknesses. I guarantee you won't be losing your car, house, breakfast lunch or dinner due to these taxes if you are paying them. The people who benefit from these most likely don't own a car, rent an apartment and don't get to choose the variety of breakfast lunch and dinner you get to choose from.
