vs

"When its time to party we will always party hard"

The first one is fine, with the expanded form of "it's" (apostrophe). The second one is not because it uses "its" (no apostrophe, denoting possession. Who can own a "time to party?" A "time to party" is a state of being, not an object! So, while the writing on the neck is kinda retarded (because of its size and lack of necessity) it is grammatically correct.

Besides, in comment #30 I agreed with you concerning the use of "it is"
