nicely done. although any drug user will see your story as fake. if your pain is that bad they use morphine. if you need to be knocked out its nitrous. horses use ketamine

I'm a drug user myself, the hospital did give me ketamine though. I experienced what druggies refer to as the 'K-Hole', great experience.
