whatever the reason may be they are less likely to get a virus..........all though, some negative attention would be nice =(

Mac's getting no viruses is a bit outdated now, but I have a mac and pc and i prefer to use my mac... and all my apple products over microsofts products.

Actually the 'no viruses' thing is rather outdated since mac's public statement about the No Viruses many programmers have gone out of their way to make viruses specifically for Mac's.

It is, as of this post, just as easy and likely to get a virus on a Mac as it is to get a virus on windows. That being said, I've had my PC for 4 to 5 years and in that time I have had 1 virus that was quarantined within a minute of downloading it.

I personally don't see any reason to argue Mac's or PC's if someone has their mind set it isn't going to change.

because they are only 10% of the market. think, if you wanted to steal money from a large group of people, who would you try to do it from? 90% of them or 10%? it is just as easy to make a virus for a mac as it is for a pc, people simply dont think its worth it.

Actually, the only reason macs had fewer viruses, was due to the fact there were few users. Why make a virus when there is no to little possibility for profit, of any kind?
