You can see plenty of carbon compounds in the lower third of the bottle. The same dirt also contains enough nitrogen and other organogenous elements and minerals to keep the plant growing.

He didn't say 02, he said CO2 as in Carbon dioxide .

the bottle wasn't a vacuum when he made it. there would have been plenty of CO2 and everything else floating around in there.

actually there was, and plants don't always take in co2 they also take in o2 at times, you pretty much put in everything it needs when you start it and it continually thrives off of the same stuff for years

But without there being oxygen in the bottle I dont see the leaves "rotting" it would actually ferment.

O2? Im talking about carbon thats needed to make any organic compound. Unless he put in more than water the plant could never have grown that much.

The plant drops dead leaves that release CO2 as they rot. In fact every plant will release the ammount of CO2 it has absorbed trought its lifespan when it dies and subsequently rots.

Plants can merely accumulate carbon.

Even so there couldnt have been enough carbon in there in the beginning.

I agree. They need to change the budget so police can be staffed properly, and have all the supplies needed to protect the people. It's asinine to expect the police to protect and serve with cardboard cutouts.

They make a .46 Auto too.
