Okay, I've heard a lot about emulators, but I don't know exactly WHAT they are. I'm not the MOST tech-savvy, but I know enough to figure these things out. So what is it?

well it's a entertainment system (gameboy, nintendo 64, etc) that you download of the internet, then you download a game from that system (take pokemon emerald and the gameboy) you first open up the game boy from where you put it then select file, find where you put emerald and double click it and wham-oh your playing emerald

And you play it on the computer?

yes, also it doesn't harm your computer either

I hate Arceus :L It's like, one of my least favorite pokemon. It's too overpowered, it has no 1,000 arms like the pokedex says, and it honestly doesn't look that cool to me.

Yeah, but did they have to make nearly every other D/P pokemon more powerful than the others? I think not. Garchomp's stats are just about as good as Lugia's, and Lugia is pretty OP, even for a lergendary. Garchomp isn't even legendary.
