so u want him to have the possibility to shoot the cops before the cops shoot?

The guy was straining to sit back up despite the officers being on top of him and being told not to fucking move. They said he has a gun, which is what he was assumingly struggling to reach (Why struggle at this point anyways? You lost, give up, accept it) because the officer didn't have a good handle on the other arm seeing as the car bumper was in the way. While it wasn't like... glaringly obvious he was resisting, he wasn't laying still, wasn't rolling onto his belly and putting his hands on his back, and had to be tackled to the ground to begin with before all of this occurred.

It's shitty there's not more angles or longer videos, but that's what I'm seeing here.

Ah, the whole "You've lost, give up, just accept it" sentence, used by people who have their head so far up their ass they think their shit smells like roses.

he was shot unjustly, in any situation where the police are manhandling a person, they should expect resistance, and their first reaction should not be to shoot them.

if you read the witness testimonies on any website, he was not a violent man, he was well loved and had a rapport with the owner of the shop he was shot outside of, his previous convictions were non-violent crimes which he pleaded guilty to.

if this guy was white, you'd be crying your eyes out screaming bloody murder.

Literally a more well spoken version of "he dindu nuffin" What do you expect people to tell interviewers? "he was a violent piece of shit, I'm glad he's dead"?

Stop resisting.

If he didnt resist he wouldn't have been shot.

If he didn't have a weapon and choose to resist he wouldn't have been shot.

He knew what he was doing and he had many chances to stop.

The fault lies entirely with him.

Yeah, that's right, resist an officer right anon? That totally doesn't end up in getting your shit fucked up right? If you did nothing wrong, let them arrest you without having to tackle your fucking ass to the ground, and sort it out in court, then sue for damages. If you resist arrest, expect to get fucked by stressing out another human being and expect circumstances to not be read as clearly because of clouded judgement from the scuffle.

Witness testimonies mean shit, they don't know the person behind the facade, this guy had 47 pages of previous convictions. Michael Brown had witness testimonies, and they were mostly from his buds trying to back a homie up.

Be as well loved of a person to the public as you want, that doesn't make you immune to following a directed police order following arrest, the fuck kind of hippy bullshit is this?

Come off anon, faggot.

I watched 4 times now. At the end you see the cop take the gun out of the guys pocket

You think someone having a gun in their pocket is a reason to shoot them? You're so focused on being anti SJW and BLM protesters that you can't see the atrocity that was just committed.
#378 - anon (07/08/2016) [-]
Stop.

Fucking.

Resisting

With a fucking

Gun.

This is beyond retarded, this has nothing to do with anything you're saying and has to do with simple facts. He knew the cops knew he had a weapon, a gun was to his chest, and he chooses to continue to make the situation violent.

The blame rests on him entirely. The only reason he would choose to resist would be to get to that firearm at this point, you're not getting away unless you shoot them both.

But at that point a gun was to his chest, and he still chooses to fight.

It's suicide by cop.

Nigga when did I ever say it was justifiable? Where in my comment did I say that? I was just stating that the man looked to have a gun in his pocket and that's why he was shot. For the record this shit is fucking awful and I wish I didn't see it. I only watched it 4 times because I was trying to see where the decision from arresting to shooting was made.

No you can't. He takes something out of the guy's pocket, but it's way to small to be a gun. It could've been a knife or a pen but it wasn't a gun.
#258 - anon (07/07/2016) [-]
Its shaped like a gun though

#367 - hellomynameisbill (07/08/2016) [-]
It's way too small for the camera to even pick up behind the officer's hand.
#176 - qpalzmmzlapq (07/07/2016) [-]
They make pistols designed to be small enough to drop in your pocket and vanish. It's called pocket carry, and they make holsters specifically for pocket carry. Want proof? go to a gunstore and ask for any of the following pistols:
S&W Bodyguard
Glock 42 and 43
Taurus TCP/PT738
Taurus Curve
Beretta Pico
Remington R51
Ruger LC.380
Sig Sauer P238

That's just in .380 ACP. I'm not saying the cop was completely justified, I wasn't there and I don't know. But, saying it's impossible for him to have a psitol in his pocket is either ignorant, intentionally wrong, or both.
#17 - Darkrin (07/07/2016) [-]
That's a problem for me because that means the gun was still in his pocket before he was shot. I know that it was probably justified, but seeing that the gun wasn't out when he was shot seems wrong.
