It's actually not nearly as big a deal to most girls as it's made out to be. There are some bitches out there who might buy into the big dick hype, but to hell with them. If they give you shit about it, there are plenty of other fish in the sea.

Nearly all the nerves are concentrated right near the entrance, there isn't much sensation past finger depth. Length just doesn't really do much, girth is what is important. If you are about as thick as the average banana, you are doing pretty good in that department.

Even if you are lacking in girth, guess what? Still okay! See, a significant amount of women are actually physically incapable of reaching orgasm through penetration, so it doesn't matter to them too much if you are packing a 12 inch dick thicker than a can of soda and you can go for 5 hours straight. Ain't gonna do shit for them but make their jaw sore when they blow you.

Master the are of the tongue. It doesn't matter if you have a quarter inch dick as thick as a toothpick and cum before you can even manage to take your shirt off. If your tongue game is on point, you are set.

I'm just going to pop into this ongoing conversation to say that, aside from how it makes you expect one thing and does another, it's not rude. There was nothing rude about the poster or the manner in which it was done. It's just "Oh we literally meant the abbreviation He as in Helium." It goes from a kind of semi-motivational thing to a gotcha joke.

Believe it or not, there's a difference between knowing the dictionary definition of a word and knowing how it's used amongst people(guess which one's more important in day-to-day life)
User avatar #76 - Daeiros (09/03/2014) [-]
I have never met anyone who didn't consider the word "mocking" to mean intentionally hurtful jokes meant to insult someone. That is exactly how it is used amongst people.

Your argument is invalid, and I'm not even sure what your argument was supposed to be because you didn't supply any alternative definition.
#50 - popeflatus (09/03/2014) [-]
Pandering to the lowest common denominator is not how we got here from the stone age.
#47 - trickytrickster (09/03/2014) [-]
Cool, you can google "define mocking" and then copy and paste it. Derisive means expressing contempt or ridicule. To mock means to tease or laugh at in a scornful or contemptuous way. I would say that depending on the situation, that could be considered that. If I held my religion as being super important to me and had a poster at my desk, and one of my employees mocked the poster with this helium poster, I could take offense to it. If the poster was just hung in their own house or something, then whatever. If there was no previous poster hung about God and they put this up, it's just a dude with a sign. If he had put up something about being an atheist that didn't poke fun at religious people, it would be fine. It's just the fact that it's blatantly ripping off of a religious poster. It's all about intent.
User avatar #53 - Daeiros (09/03/2014) [-]
But there is nothing cruel about it.

Nothing in that poster insults religion in any way.

It looks like a religious poster, and then it turns out that it isn't, that is where the humor comes from. It is not making fun of religion, it is making you expect one thing, then going in a different direction.

It seems like you just think that religion is such serious business that any joke that is based on it in any way is automatically unacceptable.

If that is the case, then I have some bad news for you. You are going to have to be mad at these people over here too.

Sorry I might be dense or something, but doesn't this chart say that the wage gap indeed exists and then explains that it's there because the jobs men pick are better paid, and that women do more housework than paid work? I don't think that debunks a myth, at least I never heard that women (generally) get paid less than a man if they do exactly the same job. So the problem seems to be that jobs women choose aren't paid enough or that women have less chances to get into well paid jobs or that women in our society are raised in a way that they lean stronger towards the less paid jobs.
User avatar #101 - Daeiros (09/04/2014) [-]
There are a lot of people who are convinced that the way it works is that if you walk into your local McDonald's, and you see two cashiers behind the counter, one male and one female, the female cashier gets paid $7.50 per hour and the male cashier gets paid $10 per hour

This is what these people actually believe and nothing will convince them otherwise. No amount of facts seem to penetrate their absolute certainty that every company in America is paying men more than women despite the fact that it has been explicitly forbidden by law since 1967.

They are marching and protesting and writing politicians to pass a law that already exists.

They intentionally misinterpret, skew, and pervert statistics to suit their image of being victims. The only way to make the wage gap they are referring to disappear is to just give everyone the same paycheck no matter what job they do, no matter how many hours they work, no matter what their education level is, no matter how long they have held their job, no matter how well they perform.
The brain surgeon and the janitor should both have equal pay, because if the janitor is a woman and the brain surgeon is a man, then it would be sexist to pay him more than her.
#88 - failtolawl (09/03/2014) [-]
you do know the 77 cent to a dollar job is the average wage gap of the same education level, same job, right?
User avatar #94 - Daeiros (09/03/2014) [-]
sorry but no
the only way to come to those sorts of figures is to intentionally ignore some factor

lets just focus on jobs that pay by the hour for now, because 59% of American workers are paid hourly source www.bls.gov/cps/minwage2011.htm#1
also note, I am choosing government and professional citations here.

More men work full time, more women work part time. This one is a canadian survey. source www.statcan.gc.ca/tables-tableaux/sum-som/l01/cst01/labor12-eng.htm
in thousands
full time men: 8,177 full time women: 6,203
part time men: 1,118 part time women: 2,232
also of note there, the total number of employed men is 9,295 thousand and for women it's only 8,435 thousand

Men work more overtime than women
this article requires a paid membership to actually read but here is the summary
"Among full-time workers, differences in the amount of paid overtime worked by men and women make a major contribution to the overall gender gap in earnings. This article argues that direct discrimination in the allocation of overtime would appear to be responsible for only a small part of this differential. Rather, the gender gap in overtime is primarily due to the under-representation of women in high overtime industries and occupations, and to the greater reluctance of women to work overtime when and if it is available. It is further argued that the lack of overtime opportunities in industries in which women are concentrated is a consequence both of relatively low labour on-costs, and of the greater discretionary control that managers in these industries have over the organization of work and working time." jir.sagepub.com/content/32/3/370.abstract

A finland study showed that women take nearly 50% more sick days than men
www.sciencedaily.com/releases/2008/02/080204212846.htm

This is another paid article, but the summary of this one states "women are less likely than men to have unused vacation time." wox.sagepub.com/content/33/2/161.abstract

because its not like the woman has any responsibility when it comes to the act of INTERCOURSE (the word intercourse itself is by definition something that can only be achieved by at least 2 people)... THAT BEING SAID: if you fuck around and don't even take precautions yourself but want all the benefits of sex while dumbing every sense of blame/responsibility on the man, then you are no better than the man you claim is so irresponsible...

but hey, i know for a fact feminists have tar and marshmallows for brains.. i have seen some incredibly dumb comments.. some calling for complete genocide of men, some just condemning men with a passion and compare them to demons, some of them even claim that even if a female has agreed to have sex with a man and then afterwards regret it and want to call it rape they have the right to do so because as long as a woman "feels" like she is being raped she is being raped regardless of what she HERSELF agreed to beforehand.

User avatar #20 - Daeiros (09/01/2014) [-]
AGGRESSION
Try to match your adc. If they have a hard-on for early kills, don't be miles away letting them die. If they are hanging back and playing it safe, focusing on farming and mostly avoiding fights, do not be going balls deep jumping on the enemy. Feel it out, judge your partners level of aggression, and match it as long as it is safe to do so and they aren't being stupid and running suicide missions. If you can SAFELY harass and pull off a good trade, meaning you hurt them way more than they hurt you, then do it, but make sure your adc understands the difference between when you are making a hard engage and creating a kill opportunity and when you are just poking them down, especially if you are playing a melee support, because it's a lot harder to tell the difference with them.

DEATHS
Always be willing to make the ultimate sacrifice in service of your team, If you can save a teammates life with your death, then face it with honor and hurt those bastards on the way down. If your death can lead to a winning team fight, kamikaze that shit up! 1 for 5 is always worth. If you are low, but your team is still fighting and you can still be of some use, you keep your 10 hp ass right there, tossing the heals and the CC from a safe distance. That one well placed hard stun from that nearly dead support can turn the tide of the fight, that one last minute heal can save an ally's life.

KILLS
If it is possible for anyone else to get the kill, it is officially their kill, back up and let them have it. If you accidentally kill them, apologize immediately. If you say "sorry KS" most people will say it's okay, but if you don't and it happens more than once, they tend to get mad. If no one else can reach or if an ally is low and might die if you try to let them have it, by all means, bring that bitch down.

ATTITUDE
Be humble, respectful, helpful, you are also an emotional support. Keep the team happy and calm, be the glue.
