I'm sorry, but does your final sentence suggest that all these situations should find a guilty party in this case, even lacking enough evidence for a proper conviction, or are you simply saying that's the way it currently is?

That is the way feminists are actively working to make it, but I strongly disagree with the idea of throwing countless innocent people in jail, overturning the very cornerstone of modern civilization, and bringing about the modern day Spanish Inquisition simply because there is a chance that a small handful of rapists might be found innocent.

Ok I misread it entirely.

Yeah, my bad, that whole last paragraph is one long run on sentence with lots of twists and turns that I really should have broken up for better readability.

Innocent until proven guilty plus zero proof beyond a woman's word results in lots of innocent verdicts.

Idiots believe the accusation is the evidence, because women never lie, and every single one of those innocents were actually guilty, and demand legal reforms to make sure we stop letting all these criminals go free.

It definitely does have some issues as is, but if it's changed in anyway people will complain no matter what. Perhaps what is needed is more intervention and instruction to today's youth that YOU DON'T do this shit!

And that's why colleges, and now branching out into high schools, have been instating mandatory consent classes as part of the curriculum because feminists keep screaming, "Teach men not to rape!"

There are a few problems with this.

First of all, as it exists currently, it comes in with an accusatory tone, assuming that all men are rapists by default unless you train them to know better. It also ignores the possibility of female rapists entirely, men need consent from women, not the other way around.

Second major problem is that this will accomplish fuckall because criminals gonna crime. They know damn well what they are doing is wrong, they simply give zero fucks and do it anyway, and no amount of politely asking them not to is going to stop them.

Not for rape. Falsified rape accusations. Should have been more specific.

Any guy with a younger sister can tell you, girls figure this trick out very young.

You annoy you sister in some small way, "MOM, DAD! He *sob* hit *sob* me!"
Parents come in, automatically side with her, and do her dirty work for her.

A 5 year old girl already knows how to use authority figures as weapons against people she doesn't like. Some of them never grow out of it because it keeps on working, and lying is just so easy when everyone assumes you are incapable of it.

Man your avatar fits this topic perfectly. And you are 100% right about all this. I suppose what really needs to be taught are the impact and consequences of these actions. Even then like you said, they'll just do it anyway because it works.

I picked the avatar specifically because I have a tendency to rant a lot.

A big part of the problem is that some women tend to get completely swept up in their emotions and do shit they regret once they calm down. It happens to both men and women, but on average, women are quicker to anger and slower to calm, and get much further out of touch with rational thinking, making them prone to doing more drastic things, and making it much harder to talk some damn sense into them.

At the time, it seems perfectly reasonable to her to set your car on fire because you didn't replace the toilet paper roll, and heaven help anyone that tries to convince her that she is overreacting while she still has the lighter in her hand.

The third party candidate needs to be competitive. Cabela's won't allow you to sell your handloaded ammo next to federal and remington shells either. The magic number is 15% in polls.
