yup! I just heard about a guy who made a documentary about sugars. he ate 40 teaspoons of sugar everyday not literally but hidden in his food. someone estimated that 80% of the food in our markets contain sugar or hidden sugar. if it's even remotely true, it's quite shocking. and he developed a fat liver in 2-3 weeks.

sugar is not evil but we should start cutting it out from our lives a bit. mostly many people who try to lose weight fail because they buy premade foods and even some diet snackbars that advertise themselves as good ones, have a lot of sugar in them. true, they are better and more nutritious than normal chocolate bar but you're not doing favors to your body by eating 5 of them everyday.

The thing is that it's easier said than done to try and cut back on sugar since SO MUCH of what we consume can often times include sugar in some form.

true. that's why I nowadays make a lot of my own foods. I've become a bit of paranoid even and make almost everything from the scratch. I've learned a few things about food and tbh making food is not so hard or time consuming as one might think. I have noticed that I don't have to use as much salt in food if I use chili for example.
But it really is a problem that people who don't have time or can't make food can't really choose. when people become more and more busy and accustomed to easy living conditions where everything is given to you it's harder to make the effort. I'm not blaming anyone, except the ones who make food products and add shitload of sugar in there and then change it's name to like cane juice crystals or dextrose. we need more products that are fast and easy yet they are sugar free or low on it, without putting too much aspartam or other poisons in there. stevia seems like a good alternative so far...

God damn that sounds badass. I wish I could see it in theater. I remember shelling out to watch the blu-ray version while housesitting for someone with a fuckhueg high def display, shit was absolutely worth it.

Technically, in the picture it's white and gold. It's just people can sometimes not be tricked by lighting.
