Before, whenever a woman was pregnant with her second child they'd hold her down and perform an abortion against her will if she wouldn't have it done herself. Well it's really hard to word that into a google search. Using the rules of english not just a circlejerk mentality, thanks for implying that, though , we can establish that because of the way the stats are worded, that is what they convey.

Now at the time of my initial response, I was busy doing homework, so I didn't look into it. Now I'm back and ready to give you your answers:

I find it interesting that like everyone else had commented, scientists and researchers all agree that there is a link between processed meats and cancer, but that suddenly dropping them from your diet won't necessarily reduce your risk, as it's really only present if you eat lots of red meats. They also mention that the IARC seemed pretty dead set on coming out with the result that bacon=cancer. If we exagerate everything that causes cancer that way, then we can wear yogapants, go outside in the daytime or drink wine/coffee, etc.
