#229 to #273 - CollinTB (06/17/2012) [-]
1. I'm not just gonna give you $75 of guitar
2. I owe you nothing
3. I don't want pony stickers all over my guitar

1) i loaned you a 1,400$ violin
2) bullfuckingshit you owe me 30$ us dollars
3) why the fuck would i ruin a beautiful guitar with ponies, just because it soothes me doesn't mean i will slenderize in the name of equestria
#231 to #275 - CollinTB (06/17/2012) [-]
If you borrow it i'm charging you $7 a week just like you did the violin. $9 if you want the stand with it.

No fuck you this works 2 ways.

You don't charge me a weekly rent for an instrument and then pay a predefined and inadequate amount for when you want to do the same thing.

I've laid my proposition down and there will be no haggling, take it or leave it.

is this what you see as fair?
#235 to #279 - CollinTB (06/17/2012) [-]
Not necessarily but it's what's happening.

If you hadn't charged me for borrowing it in the first place I wouldn't charge you for this.

well here are the facts
i lent you a 1,400$ violin for 5 weeks at 7$ a week, 5$ was subtracted cuz you bought me something i can't remember. but anyway, at 5 weeks and 1400$ that averages out to 280$ of value a week, thats 40$ of value a day, you want to loan me a 75$ guitar for 7$ a week, that means that you are asking the same price for a much lower cost since your guitars weekly value is 10.71$, daily value is 1.53$, that is a 457.5% differential in cost and yet you are asking the same price.
it would be illogical to accept you offer
#237 to #281 - CollinTB (06/17/2012) [-]
The value of the instrument is not involved in the matter. We are lending each other pieces of property, not money. You charge me seven dollars a week, and I shall charge you the same.

I said no haggling, bitch. Take it or leave it.
