Although I think you're slightly overboard with his weight loss. He's not like anorexic, it's just a matter of him losing muscle from having too much work to actually exercise, and possibly from drug use which i'm considering having him start towards the middle.

Doing work for him instead of the protagonist because emperor is the real star of the show.

This concept will probably change a lot since I just doodled these in 20 minutes but this is the jist of the leader-y look I want him to have. This is for the beginning of the story, mind you, like I said he'll gradually be more and more crazy looking to the point where his hair is messed up, his eyes have dark circles around them, he's lost muscle mass, and his facial expressions will be more of paranoia than strength.

I don't know shit about them yet because I've put very little thought into them, but I think I want his brother to be the crazy violin player I was rambling about awhile back. I'm just not sure if I want 2 major characters to be legitimately unstable. I'll put more thought into them in the next couple days.

thats part of the reason its so good, like i said, when people really like something they tend to create original ideas based of what they enjoy. i like it because it actually makes me feel real emotion, i can sometimes feel sick to my stomach with sadness, and on other occasions i find myself smiling in not only happiness but satisfaction, satisfaction because i feel good when i watch it.

My point is watching it is one thing, going on the internet and actually reading fan fiction is another.

People just like it because the entire show is nostalgia to the early days of the Power Puff Girls and Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends. If Lauren Faust had never made any of those, I can just about guarantee people would have dismissed the show as being for little girls. Because it is. Let go of the past, Timmy.

I came to a similar conclusion. I consider it an alright show with good and lively animation, but I can't enjoy it as much as a kid because, obviously, it's designed for kids. I think people just obsess over it because it's similar to other shows made by Lauren Faust like Powerpuff girls and Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends. So yeah, basically it's not bad and it's what kids nowadays probably need, but the fad is out of proportion and kinda creepy.
