It'd be better if it were more bold (Ex: Shading, perfect line work, bold/vibrant lines)
Another thing you could do is make the animation rather choppy, to make it looks somewhat hand drawn, instead of just computer made. the two most common ways of doing 2D animations are the ones seen in things like youtube/newgrounds animators, where the movements are rather jagged in a way that makes them look more redefined. Another way is like seen in indie cartoons (Ex: Kappa Mikey, any other nicktoons cartoon from 2003)
