My PSU doesn't heat up at all, and my cards blow heat into the case. And it's also to even out the air pressure, as I'll be switching to 3x140mm in the top (2x140mm in the front now too), so air goes in on the front and back, and out through the top.

PSUs really don't put out much heat, and those cards will primarily push heat into the case.

Depends. my first mobo was an asus p8p67 and it didn't have the pins labeled. But my maximus gene v has them all labeled nicely.
