jahngster (02/16/2013) [-] My stepdad was with a philipino woman and she basically took my dads company, 3 cars and an estimated sum of $10,000. We took all of this to court but my dad lost because california courthouses often favor the women. So my dad just decides to handle it himself without the help of the court. Basically what he did was, he made another company and took all the employees from the old one and leave the old company with nothing in it. She was only left with a building that she had to pay for. The company she stole also had contracts with other buisneses and companies, but she had no employees so they filed complaints and ultimately sued her. My family then took it into personal matters. My stepdad being a retired policeman, knew a lot of things and had a lot of equipment. He tricked his ex philipino wife into giving him consent to going in her house. He then takes almost every expensive thing there is and leaves. She calls the cops but they could not do anything because he had found a loophole in the system, by saying the things he had was originally his belongings. We basically took everything back and sold it, and nearly got all the money back. As for the cars, well... I decided to take action on personal matters. I went one night and sneaked into their garage and slashed all the tires and key the cars and engraving threatening and obscene words. It was a good day. | ||
